Classic cake (biscuit)

As for me, preparing and sharing of cakes it is like to share little parts of sun.

That's why I often bake biscuits

It is like magic because ordinary eggs flour and sugar turn into delicious little suns

that children love so much

How to prepare cake ( biscuit)

Ingredients 

6 eggs

1 cup sugar (150 g)

10 g vanilla sugar ( or you can use vanilla extract)

1 cup of white flour (125 g)

Baking dish lightly greased and lay a parchment (or grease, sprinkle with flour and shake off excess flour).

blend egg whites with 1/2 sugar into a thick foam

blend egg yolks with 1/2 sugar and vanilla
