The recipe of this cake I saw in TV program Едим дома

cheesecake recipe

750 g cottage cheese
7 eggs
150 g butter
150 g sugar
1 lemon
75 g semolina
vanilla extract

beat with a mixer ( blender) butter

add sugar, lemon peel, lemon juice, vanilla extract

then slowly add eggs ( one by one)

and then cottage cheese with semolina

Bake 50 min

10 min left to stay ( no open)
